Brangelina Selling their New Orleans Home, Could Pocket USD 3 Million

It seems like only money can make money these days. This is definitely true for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who are selling their 1830 mansion in New Orleans for more than USD 6.5 million. They bought the place in 2007 for USD 3.5 million. The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and given Brad has a flare for design, it is personalized according to his taste. Prospective buyers have been asked not to photograph the inside of the mansion.

Brangelina already have a house in the south of France and Los Feliz. The New Orleans mansion, located in the picturesque French Quarter, was bought just after Hurricane Katrina devastated the area. Brad Pitt is a well known humanitarian who helped restructure the devastated Lower Ninth Ward with the help of his foundation Make It Right. His charity has built budget-oriented, environment-friendly houses. 'Make It Right began as an effort to rebuild safe, sustainable homes in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward after Hurricane Katrina,' it says on MakeItRight.org.

The pair has starred together once in the smash hit “Mr and Mrs Smith”, and they are set to appear in a new movie directed by Angelina called By the Sea. Given their first co-starring attempt was globally recognized as a success, the audience is eager to see whether that can be topped.
